1. Return Eligibility Criteria
Goods once sold will not be returned.
We offer exchange only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
1.The item must be unused and in its original condition
2.Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
3.The defect or damage must be clearly visible and verifiable
2. Complaint / Exchange Timeframe
Any complaint regarding a defective or damaged product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy & Processing Time
1. No refunds are provided once goods are sold.
2. Approved cases are eligible for exchange only, not monetary refunds.
If any exception is approved by management, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [2-3 Days] after inspection.
4. Exchange Options
If your exchange request is approved:
1. The product will be exchanged for the same item or a similar item of equal value (subject to availability).
2. If the product is unavailable, alternative options will be communicated to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Product Handling
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

2.Share your order number, clear photos/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue
3.Our team will review your request and respond within [2 DAYS]
Once approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
1. Products once sold (unless defective)
2. Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Customized or altered products
4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
7. Return Shipping Costs
1. If the exchange is approved due to a defect or damage from our side, return shipping will be covered by Raseshwari.
2. if the issue does not qualify as a defect, the customer will bear all shipping charges.
